Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed when you use VektraTool (“we”, “us”), and why. The short version: the tools themselves run in your browser, and what you put into them is not sent to us.

1. Data you enter into tools
All tools on this site process your input locally in your web browser. This includes images and files you select, text you type or paste, dates and numbers, generated passwords, phone numbers and messages.
- Your files and text are not uploaded to our servers.
- We do not store, view or keep copies of your input or results.
- Results exist only in your browser tab until you download them or close the page.
When you use the WhatsApp link generator and choose to open the generated link, you are sent to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies from that point.
2. Technical information needed to deliver the site
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information when your browser requests a page. This typically includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This information is needed to deliver pages, keep the service secure and diagnose errors. Server logs are kept only for a limited period for these purposes.
3. Cookies and local storage
The tools do not require cookies to work. We keep your cookie choice and your light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage; these are necessary, and they never leave your device. We do not currently set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Analytics
We do not currently use an analytics service. If we add one, this section will be updated before it is enabled, and analytics will never include the content you enter into tools.
5. Advertising
We do not currently show advertising. We may introduce ads, such as Google AdSense, to fund the site. If we do, this section will describe how advertising partners process data, and consent will be requested where required by law.
6. Contacting us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the tools do not send your input to us, we generally hold no personal data about you beyond the technical information described above and any emails you send. 8. Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, for example before enabling analytics or advertising, and change the “last updated” date above.
